Wim Casier
Wim Casier has been working as a production manager at Art Centre Vooruit (404) in Ghent, where he lay at the base of Yesplan, a planning tool for Art Venues. Wim specialised in supporting performing art venues and people optimising their digital workflows.
Wim has a passion for art and performing art in particular. Next to that, Wim is also an artist himself, he studied painting.

Patsy Magerman
Patsy has spent nearly 20 years in the performing and visual arts, mainly as a production manager. She has a soft spot for the creative process and for making artists feel truly welcome, ensuring they can work in the best possible professional circumstances.
After a detour into communication and language teaching, she’s happily back where her heart lies: the performing arts.
With a mix of hands-on experience and genuine passion, she now joins forces with Wim at StepTurnMove to help artists find their way to audiences, stages, and festivals worldwide.
